Hall Rental Rates and Calendar


Thank you so much for your inquiry about our rental space. 

Please note that changes to the Public Health guidelines effective October 5, 2021 have changed the requirements for hall rentals moving forward.  All parties over 25 people will require anyone eligible for vaccination to show proof of full vaccination at the door before entering the hall. Staff onsite will be checking the number of attendees at each party and everyone’s vaccination status.  Anyone without the proper documentation (QR Code and Valid Photo ID) will not be allowed into the Hall. 

You will need to fill out the Facility Use Agreement Form here at the club and pay a deposit in order to secure the space.  Someone is in the office Mondays and Tuesdays from 4 to 6 pm to schedule bookings.

KIDS BIRTHDAY PARTY (less than 50 Guests): $60/HOUR (+GST)

Rental includes use of the gym and all available sporting goods, kitchen, and set-up. Maximum 50 people.

Non-refundable deposit of $63.00 due at time of booking.


Rental includes use of kitchen and set-up. Liquor license needed if serving alcohol. Hall maximum 250 people (175 seated). Common Area maximum 100 people for an additional fee. 

Balance owing is due at the start of the event.

Non-refundable deposit of $68.25 due at time of booking (cash or cheque only).

For events with more than 100 guests a $75 surcharge will apply.

For events starting before 9:00 am or ending after 9:00 pm a $75 surcharge will apply.

SOCIAL: $1100 (+GST)

Rental includes: 2 bartenders, ice, soft drinks (2L of coke, diet coke, sprite, ginger ale), beer/liquor cups, and room set-up. Room rental starts at 6:00 pm on the day of event until 2:00 am. Maximum 250 people. Liquor license required. Common Area maximum 100 people for an additional fee. 

Damage deposit $300 and Balance Owing is due at the start of the event.

Non-refundable deposit of $250 due at time of booking (cash or cheque only).

*We do NOT supply Clamato, Orange Juice, Coffee/Supplies or Table Cloths.

*We will NOT extend social/wedding hours past 2:00 am (Alcohol serves ends at 1:00 am).


Social Conditions Apply. Rental includes extended hours for bar/meal service starting at 5:00 pm. Allowed entry is 4:00 pm on the day of the rental.  Maximum 175 people. Common Area maximum 100 people for an additional fee.  Wedding + Reception: Allowed entry is noon on the day of the rental: $1300 (+GST)

Other Rentals: (+GST)

Common Area: $40/hour

Meeting Room: $25/hour

Fitness Room: $15/hour

Inflatable Bouncer: $75 Flat rate (3 hours)
