We are in desperate need of volunteer coaches - no experience is required, and resources will be provided.  Please indicate in your registration if you are able to coach.  

Everyone has fun at this level!!! These leagues are designed to provide all players with lots of opportunity to touch the ball in a positive environment. They are designed to expose young children to the basics of dribbling, passing and shooting.  

Teams are mixed boys and girls. Children of these ages will be part of the Tim Horton’s sponsored soccer program in which Tim Horton’s provides a soccer jersey to be used for the season.  Jersey's must be returned and a $50 jersey deposit is required.   Cash is not accepted for jersey deposits.  Players are given a soccer ball at the end of the season.

All of our coaches are volunteers, and without volunteers, we are unable to have a program! If you are able to coach, please indicate when registering.

REFUNDS: The admin fee of $35 is not refundable anytime after registration.  No refunds following the start of the season.  

Player Requests Policy:

Player requests will only be considered in the following priority:

1. Parents that are volunteering as a coach in the soccer program

2. Both players must request each other on the registration (one friend only)

3. Friend/Player requests will only be considered for age group participants (3/4 or 5/6). We will not consider requests that are made outside of the age group - No exceptions

Trying to coordinate the many player requests we receive each year, has made it difficult and time-consuming to prepare the team rosters. We are also always short coaches due to our large soccer program. We hope you will consider coaching in order to help the program run smoothly.

The season typically runs 8 weeks. We aim to start the season at the end of April/beginning of May (dependent on the snow) and end around the second last week in June.
 

• Players require shin pads and socks.
• Cleats are recommended but not necessary
• for the 5/6 age group skill sessions and games are approximately 60 minutes in length total.
• for the 3/4 age group skill sessions and games are approximately 40 minutes in length total.
• Players are only placed with their age group.  No exceptions. 
• Games will be located at Park City West CC 
• Team and individual pictures will be on a Saturday/Sunday at the beginning of the season.
• Jamboree will be June 22, 2024 - all day
